Using latest technology we can provide pain free endodontic treatments for you to achieve a healthy mouth. Root Canal treatment is nothing more than a minor procedure that is performed on patients when their oral health is fast deteriorating.
Until a few years from now, most people were skeptical about undergoing a root canal treatment, as they had the idea that it was a complicated procedure. But today, with better equipment and advanced chemical solutions, it has become relatively smooth and pain-free, and so more and more people are opting for root canal treatment.
The entire root canal procedure may take place in a single session, or 2-3 visits depending upon the condition of the tooth. Each sitting may last 30-45 minutes.
Radio graphs are important for root canal treatment. Throughout a root canal treatment the dentist will need several x-ray pictures of the tooth to determine the position of the instruments and filling material inside the canals. The dentist also advises to have a good pre-operative picture to determine the approximate length of the roots and their particular shapes and curvatures.
The next step of the root canal treatment process is to clean out the interior of your tooth (the pulp chamber and all root canals). This cleaning process removes any bacteria, toxins, nerve tissue, and related debris that are harboured inside your tooth.
Once the tooth root canals are suitably cleaned and shaped and infection free they can be sealed off. A root filling material (usually a rubbery material called gutta percha) is placed into each canal with a special sealer.
